Terms and Conditions for the Fluid Meteo App
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Fluid Meteo App (“App”), provided by Ubique Innovation AG, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing and using the App, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you are not permitted to use the App.
Fluid Meteo Services
We offer services related to weather information and forecasts (“Services”) through the App. These include, but are not limited to, visualization of weather model data, real-time weather data, and weather forecasts.
License and Restrictions
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the App and its related Services. You are not allowed to use the Services or content for commercial purposes, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
We provide the Services “as is” without any express or implied warranty. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. You acknowledge that the weather forecasts are generated automatically based on weather models without constant human review.

The App and all related Services are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you a license to use our intellectual property.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after a change signifies your agreement to the new Terms. It is your responsibility to regularly check for changes.
Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes arising from these Terms will be adjudicated in the competent courts in Zurich. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and replace all prior agreements regarding the App's use.
